Study on mobile more easily: design refresh, cleaner flows, and clearer feedback

If you study on your phone, things should feel smoother now.

We just shipped a batch of updates across ExamCademy that make the platform easier to use day to day — especially on mobile, during signup, and when managing supporter access.

What changed

  • Mobile UI improvements
    Pages are cleaner and easier to use on smaller screens, so your study sessions should involve less zooming, tapping, and fighting the layout.

  • Custom themes are now live
    You can personalize the interface a bit more, which matters if you spend a lot of time drilling questions and want something easier on your eyes.

  • Design overhaul finalized
    We’ve tightened up the overall look and flow across the platform so navigation feels more consistent.

  • Clearer onboarding + profile overlay updates
    Getting started should be more straightforward, and account-related UI is easier to understand.

  • Cookie consent + PDF success flow improvements
    Small changes, but they remove friction in places that used to feel awkward or unclear.

  • Fixed links in explanations
    When an explanation references something useful, the link should now actually take you there.

  • Clearer subscription feedback + annual payment options
    If you use supporter features like Learn Mode, Exam Mode, and AstroTutor, the upgrade flow should now be easier to follow.

  • General polish, content updates, and cleanup
    We’ve also shipped a bunch of smaller fixes and refinements across the site.

Why it matters

ExamCademy is free and community-driven, so the goal with updates like this is simple: make it easier for you to get in, study, review explanations, and keep moving without UI friction getting in the way.

The question bank stays free. Supporter adds smart study tools on top, and these updates should make both the free experience and supporter flows feel more solid.

As always, every question is community-created and moderator-reviewed, and the platform gets better because people keep reporting issues, discussing answers, and contributing improvements.
