• Identification of the removed content and its location
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake
• Consent to jurisdiction of Estonian courts

Our Response Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content promptly
• Notify the user who posted the content
• Provide the user with a copy of the takedown notice
• Implement appropriate penalties for repeat infringers
