Salesforce DX enables source-driven development, so application metadata can be maintained in a central source-control repository or on a local machine and deployed to Salesforce orgs. Salesforce CLI also supports creating short-lived, configurable scratch orgs. Deployment rollback is not a native SFDX deployment feature, and Execute Anonymous is for running Apex code rather than metadata deployment.
