Entities (general fields) are reviewed at the paragraph level. When reviewing a paragraph, all entities within that paragraph should be reviewed; reviewing only some of them provides incomplete training feedback. Low Confidence mode presents messages that are not well covered by informative label predictions, including messages with no predictions or very low-confidence predictions. Training on them improves the model’s overall coverage by adding examples from areas the existing label predictions do not cover well.

In UiPath AI Center, a classification is configured with a name, a classification type (Single or Multiple), attribute names for the available classes or values, and shortcuts for those attributes. Color is configured for entity labels rather than classifications. Among the available choices, C most closely matches the classification configuration fields, although its inclusion of “Input to be labeled” does not match the current documentation.

A Communications Mining taxonomy should include some uninformative, non-value-adding labels, such as thank-you or out-of-office emails, so the platform can distinguish content that is important to analyze from content that is not. Labels should also be specific and non-overlapping.
