An Assets-sheet entry causes InitAllSettings to retrieve the corresponding Orchestrator asset. Because the asset is absent, that retrieval fails and raises an exception during InitAllSettings; the value loaded from the Settings sheet is not used as a fallback. Orchestrator can return an asset only when the requested asset name exists and the Robot has the required permissions.
