The Test Explorer run/debug actions include Run All, Run All In View, Run Selected, Run Failed Test Cases (plus the corresponding Debug variants and Repeat Last Test Run). There is no 'Run Passed Test Cases' action, since re-running tests that already passed is not an offered operation. Run All In View, Run Selected, and Run Failed Test Cases all exist, so the option that is NOT available is Run Passed Test Cases.
