Agent escalation memory stores each Action Center task created by an agent-triggered escalation for the latest published version of that agent, unless the person who resolves the task chooses not to save it. It is scoped to escalation tasks rather than all agent activity, and it does not automatically propagate a shared memory store to every future version. UiPath’s current release notes state that this preview capability was later temporarily disabled while it is being redesigned.
