In TOGAF ADM, Phase E (Opportunities & Solutions) determines whether an incremental approach and Transition Architectures are required and develops the initial Architecture Roadmap from the gap analysis and candidate components produced in Phases B, C, and D. Phase F (Migration Planning) finalizes that roadmap and the supporting Implementation and Migration Plan, including communicating the business value and cost of work packages and Transition Architectures to key stakeholders.
