TOGAF ADM Phase E, Opportunities & Solutions, assesses change attributes and constraints; consolidates architecture gaps; reviews requirements and interoperability; validates dependencies and risks; and develops an implementation and migration strategy that identifies major work packages and the required Transition Architectures. After stakeholder agreement, the resulting work is used to establish project charters and update the architecture for agreed changes.
