MATCH_BY_COLUMN_NAME
MATCH_BY_COLUMN_NAME loads data into columns matched by name rather than position, but it was originally supported only for semi-structured formats (JSON, Avro, ORC, Parquet). When specified with the CSV file format, the COPY INTO command returns an error rather than silently ignoring the option or emitting only a warning. (Loading CSV by column name is only possible in newer releases by first setting PARSE_HEADER = TRUE on the file format, which changes the workflow.) So the parameter does not get ignored (B) and does not merely warn (D); the command errors, making C correct.
