As additional lines of business are brought into the same org, their entities, relationships, processes, and security requirements expand the shared data model and increase its complexity. Salesforce provides declarative sharing capabilities, and multi-currency support is a platform feature rather than an inherent consequence of supporting multiple LOBs in one org.
