Create Candidate files have their own selected fields and forms, so an additional file can contain only Name, Phone, Email, and Candidate Source. Candidate File Setup supports multiple activated files for creating candidate profiles, including a second activated Create Candidate file. Associating a file with a staffing type controls when that file is used; it does not make selected fields disappear from an existing file. Making fields optional also does not shorten the form.
