LDP ECMP resolves a FEC through multiple equal-cost next hops and forwards traffic across the associated LSPs. This expands the forwarding/NHLFE and tunnel state, but it does not cause the router to originate additional local label bindings for the same FEC in the LIB. A single locally generated FEC-label binding is advertised to LDP peers according to policy.
