What must be enabled to prevent a loop inside a LAG?
A Link Aggregation Group presents its member links as one logical interface, so the member links do not create a Layer 2 forwarding loop within the aggregation. LACP is optional for a LAG and negotiates membership; it is not the mechanism that prevents an internal LAG loop.
