Which server must you upgrade first?
RD Connection Broker servers must be upgraded first in a Remote Desktop Services deployment. After the Connection Broker runs the newer Windows Server version, it can continue serving the remaining RDS servers while they are upgraded. Server3 is the RD Connection Broker.
