Explanation

An EVPN-VXLAN deployment with VSX pairs requires a loopback interface carrying the same anycast IP address on both members of each pair, forming the logical VTEP. A /24 is sufficient for the 20 individual switch loopbacks and for the 64 leaf-to-spine point-to-point links.
