ArcusOS automatically forms virtual storage pools from physical drives and provides distributed access across the controller infrastructure. Its fine-grained media-abstraction layer virtualizes the underlying NVMe storage, enabling shared, infrastructure-wide use of that media rather than relying on dedicated spare drives or conventional RAID-set groupings.
