A pool member whose status is Offline (Enabled) - Parent down is unavailable because its parent node has been marked down. BIG-IP applies node health status to pool members that use that node’s IP address; therefore, a nonresponding node health monitor can cause the member to receive no new traffic even when the member-level HTTPS monitor is available.
