D-VXR-DY-01: VxRail Deploy V2

An additional VxRail cluster joining an existing VxRail-managed vCenter uses the existing SSO domain and requires a preconfigured data center in vCenter. This deployment model requires external DNS with forward and reverse entries preconfigured for the VxRail nodes and VxRail Manager. VLAN IDs are environment-specific rather than fixed at 3939.
