A network has IP connectivity, but routing between devices began failing immediately after the maintenance window that implemented network changes. Troubleshoot and restore a fully functional network so that:

1. Inter-area links use link authentication, rather than area authentication, with MD5 key 1 and the string CCNP.
2. R3 is a DR regardless of R2’s status, while R1 and R2 form a DR/BDR relationship.
3. OSPF uses the default interface cost everywhere. For traffic within an area, reachability must follow normal OSPF behavior that prefers intra-area routes over inter-area routes.
4. The OSPF external route originated by R4 adds link cost as it traverses the network to R2. A network command to advertise routes is prohibited.
