UiPath ships dedicated Document Understanding activity packages that expose the out-of-the-box specialized models (for invoices, receipts, IDs, etc.). These activity packages are designed to work in both classic Windows-legacy projects and in modern cross-platform Studio projects, so the specialized models can be called directly from activities regardless of which workflow type is used — not limited to only one platform or requiring manual REST API calls.
