ItemNames is an uninitialized String[], so its value is null. The For Each activity requires an enumerable collection and attempts to enumerate ItemNames; attempting that operation on a null collection throws a NullReferenceException before the Message Box activity executes. UiPath documents that the For Each input must be an IEnumerable collection.
