In the UiPath Automation Implementation Methodology, during the Business Case and Technical Validation phase the Business Analyst assesses each process's automation suitability, viability and complexity, and is accountable for devising the strategy to prioritize the processes based on those factors and their potential benefits. The Project Manager coordinates overall delivery, risks and documentation but does not own process-prioritization strategy; the Solution Architect focuses on technical design/feasibility and the Automation Developer builds the automations. The existing key of Project manager is therefore incorrect.
