Which two tasks must be completed before a client can connect to a LUN?
SAN LIFs provide the network paths through which a host accesses SAN storage; with Selective LUN Map, a mapped LUN is accessible through paths on its owning node and its HA partner. Mapping a LUN to an igroup grants the igroup’s initiators access to that LUN. Export policies and junction paths apply to NAS access rather than SAN LUN connectivity.
