Under what circumstance do both nodes cease serving data when cluster HA is enabled?
In a two-node ONTAP cluster, using the -inhibit-takeover true parameter while cluster HA remains enabled prevents partner takeover; consequently, both nodes stop serving data. Heartbeat loss, unrecoverable system failure, and a panic normally cause the healthy HA partner to take over and continue data service.
