QuestionQ223

Create and configure Power Apps

You are creating a model-driven app. Users must see only the entities in app navigation that are relevant to their role and how they access the app. Restrict the entities on the SiteMap subareas by using the appropriate properties.

Each property may be used once, more than once, or not at all.

Ensure that the entity is visible only if the user is accessing the app with a web browser.
Explanation

Privileges makes a SiteMap subarea visible based on privileges in the user’s assigned security roles. SKUs selects the Dynamics 365 versions that display the subarea, allowing exclusion of an on-premises deployment. Client selects the client type that displays the subarea, including the web client. Offline Availability applies only to offline use in Dynamics 365 for Outlook.
