Azure Backup creates recovery points for Azure VMs and restores VMs, disks, or files from those backups. Accelerated Networking improves VM network performance through single-root I/O virtualization, reducing latency, jitter, and CPU utilization. Azure Network Watcher is used to monitor and diagnose networking rather than provide the performance enhancement itself.
