AI-103: Developing AI Apps and Agents on Azure

Transparency is one of Microsoft's six Responsible AI principles (fairness, reliability and safety, privacy and security, inclusiveness, transparency, and accountability). It requires that organizations be open about how data is collected, used, and stored, and that people understand how AI systems process their information and reach decisions. Notifying users that their data has been processed satisfies this requirement for transparency about data collection and use, helping build user trust and enabling informed choices about how their data is handled.
