The Decision Center REST API provides endpoints to retrieve decision services in the repository and to build, download, or deploy a RuleApp for a deployment configuration. Its documented capabilities do not include creating action rules and decision tables, retrieving Rule Execution Server statistics, or creating operations and deployment configurations.
