What is the main purpose of configuring an alert in Business Automation Insights (BAI)?
BAI alerts monitor configured threshold conditions for Period KPI values. When those conditions are met, the dashboard owner receives a browser pop-up notification; sending an event to a Kafka alert topic is an optional additional behavior when the Kafka alert notifier is enabled.
