Which permission allows users to create or edit partners and/or communities?
In IBM Sterling File Gateway, Partner and Community are the core configuration objects used to define trading-partner relationships and the routing channels between them. Administrative rights to create or edit these objects are granted through the File Gateway Partner users permission group, which is scoped specifically to partner and community management within the File Gateway console. Permissions tied to dashboard visibility or console look-and-feel themes govern unrelated presentation-layer concerns and do not grant any rights over partner or community configuration records.
