Which two methods can be used to create a flow in App Connect Designer?
App Connect Designer supports creating flows from scratch by adding nodes in the flow editor. Its Templates gallery also provides prebuilt templates that can be imported into Designer to create and customize flows. BAR files are deployment/export archives rather than a standard flow-creation method.
