The customer reports that the Asset ID is not displayed. What is causing this issue?
An Asset ID is an LLDP-MED Inventory TLV. The received unknown-TLV count shows that the gateway is receiving, but not recognizing, the optional LLDP-MED information. LLDP-MED must be enabled for the gateway to interpret and display the Asset ID.
