QuestionQ96

Troubleshooting

You entered several show commands on switches EDGE1 and CORE1 to gather information while troubleshooting the issue.

Use the show-command output to identify why the EDGE1 uplink is down.

Question Image

  • A Spanning-Tree block state is preventing the Core uplink from having connectivity to the edge.
  • B The Core is connected to the incorrect physical interfaces.
  • C The physical interfaces are not members of the correct LAG.
  • D LACP is not configured on the Core uplink.
Explanation

LACP requires compatible LACP configuration at both ends of the aggregated link. EDGE1 is configured for active LACP on LAG 1, but CORE1's LAG 1 configuration has no LACP mode configured. As a result, EDGE1 cannot complete LACP negotiation and places the LAG members in an LACP-blocked state.
