Advanced Cross vCenter vMotion is designed to migrate a VM between separate vCenter Server instances. The “Cross vCenter Server export” option initiates that workflow and enables selection of the destination vCenter Server in Azure VMware Solution. EVC only addresses CPU-compatibility constraints; it does not enable the required cross-vCenter migration.
