HQT-4420: Hitachi Content Platform Installation

Zero-copy failover lets a surviving node automatically assume management of storage previously managed by a failed node. Supporting it requires each relevant logical volume to be mapped to two different storage nodes; multipathing only provides alternate physical paths from a single node.
