In a FortiSOAR HA cluster that uses FortiSOAR's built-in internal PostgreSQL database, the cluster nodes replicate data through PostgreSQL streaming replication that FortiSOAR itself manages, and the csadm ha get-replication-status command reports the state of that FortiSOAR-managed replication. Clusters that instead use an externalized PostgreSQL database rely on that external database's own replication mechanism, so this particular status command has no meaning there, while backup/export, takeover, and node health-check commands apply to HA clusters generally regardless of which database deployment model is used.
