On FortiSandbox, a physical interface can only be added to an 802.3ad aggregate (bond) interface if it is not already part of another aggregate interface, does not share an IP address with another interface, and is not designated as an administration port, a VM outgoing port, a sniffer port, or an HA-cluster communication port. If port 4 is configured as a sniffer interface or as the administration interface, it fails these eligibility requirements and therefore cannot be selected as a member of the aggregate bond with port 2.
