FortiGate leverages FortiSandbox integration for real-time threat intelligence and applies network segmentation and access control policies to contain and block lateral movement between segments once a threat is detected. FortiMail is aimed at the delivery/exploitation stage via email-borne threats, and FortiADC focuses on application delivery and load balancing, neither of which specifically addresses lateral movement containment.
