In the EC-Council disaster recovery organizational model, the Disaster Management Team Coordinators sit between the policy-setting Executive Committee and the individual functional Disaster Management Teams; their role is to assign the research and analysis work needed to build the plan and to drive its development and implementation across the various departments and teams throughout the organization, translating executive-level direction into a coordinated, organization-wide recovery plan.
