D-VXR-DY-01: VxRail Deploy V2

A customer-managed VMware VDS used for VxRail must have identifiable VDS names, configured distributed port groups for each required VxRail network, and at least two uplinks to support the cluster. Dell’s VxRail Network Planning Guide specifically requires entering VDS and port-group names and configuring the required uplinks.
