D-PDD-DY-01: Dell PowerProtect Data Domain Deploy

Dell's official installation and storage expansion guides for PowerProtect DD systems (which apply to the DD9410/DD9910 platform and its ES40 expansion shelves) include a standard caution that when connecting SAS cables to the SAS cards, sufficient slack must be left in the cable. This prevents unnecessary strain on the cable connector and the SAS card itself when the controller is later fully extended out of the rack (for example, during servicing). Pulling cables tight, letting them hang freely, or bypassing the cable management arm would risk damaging the connectors or SAS card when the controller rails are extended.
