Secure Infrastructure Access (SIA) provides agentless, SaaS-based session management through a CyberArk-hosted gateway. Privilege Session Manager (PSM) uses PSM infrastructure deployed in the customer environment for session connectivity. SIA can use either vaulted credentials or Zero Standing Privileges and supports multiple connection types, so those characteristics do not distinguish it from PSM.
