CyberArk recommends installing at least two Identity Connectors for high availability. The Identity tenant automatically detects when a connector is unavailable, switches to an available connector, and selects the connector with the lowest latency; a separate server-cluster architecture is not required. A network load balancer is an optional consideration specifically for RADIUS-enabled connectors.
