What is needed to implement the NetScaler Console (ADM) Service?
NetScaler Console Service is a Citrix Cloud-delivered service. Its onboarding requires an organization to create or join a Citrix Cloud company account; therefore, a Citrix Cloud subscription is the required platform entitlement. NetScaler instances may be managed by the service, but Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and Citrix Hypervisor are not universal implementation prerequisites.
