A CloudOps engineer cannot launch Amazon EC2 instances into a VPC because the VPC has no available private IPv4 addresses.
Which combination of actions must the CloudOps engineer perform to launch the instances?
An EC2 instance receives its primary private IPv4 address from the IPv4 address range of its subnet. Adding a secondary IPv4 CIDR block expands the VPC's IPv4 address space, and a new subnet can be created from that added CIDR block to supply available private IPv4 addresses. A subnet's IPv4 CIDR block cannot be changed after creation, and an IPv6 CIDR block does not provide the required private IPv4 addresses.
